Terms of Sale
All delivery transactions are governed by the general terms of delivery and payment stated here. Differing agreements, especially terms of business contrary to those stated here, require our prior written assent. All orders are taken as firm. The publisher is unable to provide delivery with the right of return of goods or for inspection/approval. Delivery is to the orderer and not on her/his behalf to third parties. All offers are subject to alteration without notice. The invoice is the acknowledgement of the order.

Prices
All prices stated are from stock in Düsseldorf, plus VAT, exclusive of packaging and freight charges. The amount stated on the invoice is due from date of receipt and payable within thirty days from the date on the invoice, without deductions; or, for invoices for 100 Euros and above, within 14 days with 2% discount. Sale remains conditional until payment is complete according to § 455 BGB. Immediate notification must be given in the event of any third-party seizure of goods which have been delivered but not paid in full.

Shipment 
Delivery dates may be postponed by circumstances of production. Dispatch is at the Consignee’s cost and risk. In the event of damage to or loss of the shipment, the consignee must notify the publisher in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods. This notification must include written confirmation of the damage or loss from the forwarder (i.e. shipper, postal service, railway company, etc.). By not doing so, the Consignee foregoes any claims against the Publisher.

Complaints
Only written complaints, sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods, are accepted. The Publisher will replace faulty/damaged items with ones in good condition upon mutual arrangement for the return of the damaged goods and on condition that the damage can be seen to have been caused by the publisher. The Publisher accepts no further claims whatsoever, in particular those for compensation and/or voidance.

The place of fulfilment for delivery and payment, and the place of jurisdiction, is Duesseldorf.
